Wednesdays 9–9:45am – BBCC Pool Pavilion
Are you ready to burn maximum fat and tone your entire body in only 45 minutes?  In this group personal training workout, we are going to incorporate strength, cardio and flexibility by combining High Intensity Intervals and active rest training.  As a certified personal trainer, I will lead you through a high energy, fun and challenging workout while modifying it to fit your personal fitness goals and level.
What You Need:  Exercise/yoga mat and light hand weights
Fridays 9–10am – BBCC Pool Pavilion
A soothing class focused on increasing flexibility, refreshing the body and calming the mind through both Hatha yoga (body) and Raja yoga (mind).  Appropriate for all levels.   
What You Need:  Yoga mat, zafu or small pillow
FREE TRIAL:  Each member is welcome to try any and all TRANSFORMATION classes for two full weeks for FREE.
TRANFORMATION Pricing:  $20/session or 12 class punch card for $200.
RSVP REQUIRED:  Attendees must RSVP for each class by emailing a minimum of 1 hour prior to class start time.
