Guest Information

Entrance and Arrival

• Check in: Guests should check in with the security officer at the entrance gate.
• Golf Bag Drop: Follow the entrance road past the clubhouse and turn right past the pro shop for the bag drop.
• Changing shoes and clothing is restricted to locker rooms and is not allowed in the parking lot.

Clubhouse

• Gentlemen: Collared shirts and appropriate slacks, shorts, or denim jeans are required.
• Ladies: Comparable country club attire, such as dresses, skirts, or slacks with blouses, is expected.
• Denim: Neat, tasteful denim is permitted in the clubhouse, but torn, frayed, or distressed denim is not allowed.

Golf Course & Practice Facilities

• Gentlemen: Collared shirts tucked in with golf slacks or golf shorts and a belt. Hats and visors must be worn bill forward. Sandal-style golf shoes are prohibited.
• Ladies: Sleeveless shirts with collars, golf blouses, skirts, or slacks. Athletic leggings may only be worn under skorts or shorts.
• Prohibited: Denim, cargo shorts, tank tops, cut-offs, or t-shirt

Tennis & Pickleball Courts

• Proper tennis attire is required, including tennis shoes with non-marking soles.
• Swimwear, jeans, or cut-offs are not permitted.

Pool Area

• Appropriate family-oriented swimwear is required. Cover-ups and footwear must be worn when arriving and leaving the pool area.
• Adults must be within arm’s reach of children who cannot swim or who use floating devices.
• Posted safety instructions and those communicated by staff are final.

• Charges may be billed to the hosting Member’s account
• Charges may be billed to a guests’ home Club account, upon request
• Guests may pay by credit card in the Golf Shop
• Cash tips are appropriate in areas of service.

Courtesy & Respect

• Loud, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. Speakers are allowed on the golf course but should not be audible outside of your group.
• Excluding sealed bottles of wine, TABC law prohibits Members and guests from bringing alcohol to the property.

Cell Phones & Electronic Devices

• Use of mobile devices should be discreet and respectful. Talking on cell phones is discouraged in dining areas, golf greens, and other quiet zones.

Children & Guests

• Children 12 and under must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Guests must be accompanied by a sponsoring Member unless prior arrangements have been made.

Smoking Policy

• Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.

Golf Etiquette

• Please repair ball marks, fill divots, rake bunkers, and maintain a 4 hour and 12 minute or less, pace of play.
• Respect cart path rules, green tipped entry stakes and adhere to staff directions.
